Avant-Garde provides an in person design consultation, a written proposal unique to the individual client’s dreams, site visits, production meetings with your consultant, yourself and the venue manager. Changes and updates can be made to your proposal up to 3 weeks prior your event date. We never want any last minute surprise for you or your family so we always do a complete table set up, including floral and décor before your wedding date for your final approval.  Avant-Garde has an experienced team to set up your dream vision along with a timely crew to disassemble and clean up your dream vison the night of your event.

AG Bridal Packages provides the same quality of floral and décor items, but in individual packages for the client who orders directly from the website.  There can be a delivery or pick up, but no set and no tear down.

No… Online with AG Bridal Packages or Full service with Avant-Garde.

You can.   Any floral on the website of AG Bridal Packages can be used in your Avant-Garde proposal, but once there are changes made to those floral items while working with Avant-Garde, those prices may change.

Any décor items on the website of AG Bridal Packages which you want, can be purchased can be used in your Avant-Garde proposal but it will revert to a rental item and be returned to Avant-Garde.

Yes. As long as you schedule the individual times and pick up your floral elements on the day of your wedding.

As soon as you’re ready!  We can take orders up to a year in advance.  Orders must be completed by 21 days before your wedding date.  If a particular weekend is full, delivery dates may close long before the 21 day cutoff.

You can cancel your order anytime up to 30 days before your delivery date.  Increasing your order involves you placing a second online order with a rush fee added.

Sorry, but no.  AG Bridal Packages’ pricing formula is based on a certain size/shape and cost of vase and the flowers used in it.  The floral orders are placed for that particular vase.  The finished look of that same flower recipe may not have the same appeal and style when designed in a different vase.

Because of our parent company we have the buying power to make sure you get the best of the best for your floral needs.  The flowers are only shipped once, from farm to wholesaler, then straight to us. They will then be processed and kept in our commercial floral cooler, then delivered or picked up by you.

Just keep them in a cool place away from sunlight.  If you do keep flowers in the refrigerator, keep them away from fruits and vegetables as they can emit ethylene. These gases can deteriorate the life span of your flowers.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Your flowers are delivered at a predetermined time and location on the day of your wedding. We will have all bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, crowns, and any other wedding party pieces delivered to one location. Bouquets will be in water and boutonnieres, corsages, and crowns will be hydrated right before we deliver them to keep them fresh.

For all other decor, such as centerpieces, archways, and altar arrangements, floor petals, etc., we will work with you or your wedding coordinator to determine the places for delivery and drop off.

Delivery Service Weddings are available Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Please reserve a time as soon as possible as these can fill up quickly during popular months.

The flower costs are the same as listed on AG Bridal Packages web-site. The price for the delivery and set up service is dependent on what you purchase and will be calculated with your order and will depend on the size and scope of your order, not location.

The time and location depends on you and/or your wedding advisor or family member taking care of your details.  A phone number MUST be provided for the person who will be receiving your items so there are no mistakes made.

A coordinator from AG Bridal will call your designated person to confirm delivery as requested.

No, the items that you purchase are your own responsibility for removal and clean up.

CUSTOMERS PICK UP SERVICE

We will assist you in loading the flowers into your vehicle; they will be packed so (as long as you drive sensibly and safely) there will be no breakage of vases or flower stems.

Our hours are 9am – 5pm  Monday through Saturday, no exceptions will be made.

A coordinator from AG Bridal will call your designated person to confirm pick up is scheduled as requested.
